However, the production capacity is low at this stage, and the cost is much higher than that of synthetic materials.

The aluminum nose beam is made of metal aluminum plate stamping. The advantage of aluminum is that it has good bending effect and strong shape. Hot melt on the back quickly bonds to the mask for increased productivity. Smooth surface, no burrs, sleek elliptical corners. Can be mass rapid production, product quality assurance! Mainly used for N95, kN95 masks.
