I. Gathering at Mount Chui: Warm Sunshine Embarks on the Journey
The afternoon sun bathed Mount Chui, on the banks of the Yangtze River, in warm sunshine, the fragrance of pine and chrysanthemum carried on the mountain breeze. Employees of Hongda Business Department gathered at the foot of the mountain for a team-building activity themed "Uniting Hearts and Minds, Bravely Climbing to the Peak." Mount Chui, at 258 meters above sea level, is a famous mountain along the Yangtze River, said to have been named after Qin Shi Huang's eastern tour to "lock in the imperial aura." Its "thirty-six cliffs and seventy-two caves" make it both a hiking paradise and a cultural landmark. Employees, some in groups and some alone, set off lightly, their figures blending into the lush forest.
II. The Path to the Peak: Sharing the Initial Aspirations
1200 stone steps wind their way to the Bao'en Pagoda at the summit, sometimes gentle, sometimes steep. Sunlight filters through the branches, casting dappled shadows, birdsong and the rustling of leaves weaving a natural symphony. Young employees strode briskly, capturing the moss-covered cliffs and ferns in the crevices; veteran colleagues climbed steadily, offering water and encouragement to those struggling. The unspoken understanding among teammates about sharing viewpoints dispelled the fatigue of the climb. The manager paused, remarking, "Running a business is like climbing a mountain; only by moving forward steadily can you succeed." As the sun set, everyone reached the summit. The red railings of the "First Tower of the Yangtze River" were bathed in golden light, the river shimmering like scattered gold. Those who arrived first offered tissues and water to those who followed, and the scattered group reunited, sharing the warmth of the journey and the feelings of reaching the top.

III. A Heartwarming Feast: Lamb Warms Hearts
After the sunset, everyone descended the mountain for a lamb feast in Dongxiang. At the table, tender and flavorful lamb steamed, its aroma filling the air. Employees from different departments sat together; the business department shared anecdotes from the climb, while other departments discussed work collaboration. Laughter and chatter filled the air as they added soup and meat, deepening the bonds of friendship amidst the lively atmosphere.

IV. Uniting for a New Beginning: Reaching New Heights The camaraderie of climbing mountains and the warmth of a banquet have forged a new bond within the team. In the future, Hongda employees will carry the resilience of mountain climbing and the tacit understanding of collaboration, transforming their concerted efforts into practical driving force, and embarking together on a new journey of corporate development.
